I opened this new way of serving Pizza/wine in the heart of Venice Beach,2805
AbbotKinney.The dough is made daily using a mother dough,no cans are allowed in
the pizzaria.The mozzarella is handmade as the ricotta,using only fresh tomato sauce
(crushed Roma tomatoes,thyme and garlic).
The Goal is to get a social place,not an Italian eatery,the idea is to offer 45-50 wines
by the glass from all over the world,trying to offer unique variety .
South End is a reality in our Venice community,doing better and better as time pass by.
