HERE WE GO AGAIN ON THE ROAD
A beautiful town in the desert of Sonora,Cananea …second bigger copper mine in the world,
together with my partner Vincent i been ask to help the new project La SEXTA ,a beautiful restaurant bar in the center of the town,
for me is always magical to work in Mexico,is easier to talk food and drinks with folks that culturally respect the food so much like Mexican….traditions,spicy,meat ,bread culture,Mescal, is pretty deep in this part of the world .
We decided to make the dough by hand and respect the ancient craft as much as possible…using as much as possible local ingredients and flavors
