got the chance to work in an amazing franchising project start back in the summer 2013,
After 2 years of preparations,recipes,pizzas,tomatoes,mozzarella, testing,
dough proofing,menu,wine,menu again…salads,training,staff training and so on
we open MidiCi,the ultimate Neapolitan pizzaria…
It was an amazing experience that will be helpful for the future in case we should open
more unit for MidiCi around the world,
it was really a great experience,from the curing of the Acunto ovens to the training of
the staff….mostly Latinos and American.
Definitely proud to be part of this project that in years from now you will see baking
traditional Neapolitan pizzas around the world.
